Choosing your health benefits is always a difficult task to do, so why make the process harder? This microsite addressed that by simplifying the steps for Hospital employees to access the information they need to make the choices that are right for them. A light hearted approach through the use of illustration and bright colors softened the not-so-friendly subject.

The transition from printed material to providing employees with information at their fingertips increased the enrollment and timing. The microsite allows them to update information and share the latest benefit news with their employees. The site was such a huge success that we transitioned it into their full employee benefits site.
